The Fisker Ocean is an all-new, Tesla Model X competitor from Henrik Fisker. The Fisker brand has been under development for a number of years, but the company's first model is now set to debut in 2023. Henrik Fisker himself has been busy working on his own car, the EMotion, which will be the first electric vehicle (EV) to challenge Tesla's dominance in the luxury EV space. The EMotion is scheduled to arrive in 2020 and will be followed by the Fisker Ocean, which is said to be a bit of a crossover between an SUV and a sedan.
The Fisker Ocean will reportedly be a smart vehicle that can communicate with other cars on the road and with signal lights, allowing it to drive autonomously when necessary. It will also feature Internet connectivity with apps like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram built in. The Ocean 2023 is expected to cost $130,000 before incentives and around $75,000 after federal tax credits.
There hasn't been much information released about Henrik Fisker's Ocean since its unveiling at CES 2017 (Consumer Electronics Show). However, one thing we do know for sure: It's going to have some competition from Tesla itself! Elon Musk announced
